Yesterday (18th July) we hit 2000 views on this blog, and I would just like to thank each and every one of you so much. I may be repeating myself quite a lot from the 1000 view post (you can read it here), but it really does mean the world that my small blog has reached 2000 views in less than a year. I put so much time into this blog, from watching the films and making notes to keeping up-to-date with the news, and not only do I love doing it, but I’m so glad that you enjoy reading what I write.

To celebrate I will be publishing a series of articles akin to the 1000 View week series, but since I will not be writing any new material from next Saturday (25th July) onwards, I won’t have the time to publish several articles a day, since I’m trying to get a backlog of articles together to publish in my absence. However, tomorrow (20th July) I will be publishing my top 5 least favourite films, on the 22nd July publishing my top 5 favourite superhero films, and on 24th July publishing my top 5 favourite directors. For this reason there won’t be any new reviews in this time while I prepare some for my absence, but I will be trying to write reviews for the Blade series, Sin City and perhaps the Ghosbusters and Die Hard series. As always, I do take requests for reviews, so if there is anything you want me to review leave a comment or send me a tweet and I’ll do my best to get a review written. I’m also currently watching series 2 of BoJack Horseman, and I’m roughly halfway through, so I will try and have a review published within a week or so. When I’m back around halfway through August I will have some articles related to Game of Thrones since I’m about to start that, and hopefully some more reviews and top 10 lists, of course alongside news as it breaks.

To reiterate, thank you so much for 2000 views and I hope this blog remains as prosperous as ever, since it means so much to me that my work is appreciated. I will strive to keep publishing articles as much as I can, and be sure to look out for the series of special articles coming within the next week, which I will call 2000 View Week. Thanks for reading, and be sure to check back tomorrow for my top 5 least favourite films!
