Wondering whether Karate Kid: Legends has a post credits scene? The latest entry in the long-running action franchise has just released, with the much-anticipated return of Ralph Macchio as Daniel Laruso. While it doesn’t tie much into Cobra Kai, does it have an extra scene to stick around for?
Karate Kid Legends Post Credits Scene, Explained
Yes, Karate Kid Legends has a post credits scene.
Fortunately, it appears straight after the main title card appears at the end of the movie, so you don’t need to stick around until all the credits have rolled.
While it doesn’t exactly set up a sequel to Karate Kid: Legends, something more likely to depend on box office receipts, it’s still a fun nod to the franchise’s history. Keep reading for a short synopsis – but of course, beware of spoilers below!

The post credits scene in Karate Kid: Legends takes place soon after Li Fong wins the Five Boroughs Tournament and the movie ends. Now, a second pizza restaurant run by Mia’s father Victor has opened, with Li and the rest of the main cast helping out. At first it’s just a fun look at what the characters have been up to since, but then a familiar face pops up.
Li sends a takeaway pizza to Daniel, who is back to tending Mr. Miyagi’s former home like earlier in the film. As he brings the pizza in, however, he engages in conversation with Johnny Lawrence, played by William Zabka. Now friends instead of adversaries, they workshop ideas for their own business idea to pay tribute to Daniel’s beloved master, as the movie then cuts to credits.
After this, you’re free to leave the screening, because there aren’t any additional post credits scenes in Karate Kid: Legends. As mentioned, it doesn’t really set up a sequel, but instead is some comic relief that also references the conclusion of Cobra Kai’s final season.
