Night Has Fallen is currently unavailable to watch online because the movie has yet to release.

This may come as bad news if you wanted to dive right into the latest adventures of Butler’s Mike Banning, but there’s a good reason behind it. Night Has Fallen was first announced back in 2020, the year after Angel Has Fallen released. Since then, though, Butler and the franchise’s producers, Nu Image and Millennium Media, entered and subsequently settled a court case regarding the star’s unpaid profits from the first movie. With that cleared and the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strikes now over, production should be imminent.

Therefore, the only movies in the series you can watch online right now are Olympus Has Fallen, London Has Fallen, and Angel Has Fallen. In 2024, however, a spin-off TV show based on the franchise called Paris Has Fallen launched, but doesn’t hit Hulu in the United States until December 6.

After you’ve had your fill, you’ll probably need to wait until 2026 to watch Night Has Fallen online. The best-case scenario is that the movie releases theatrically in late 2025, and after the period of exclusivity it should come to streaming services in the early months of the following year.
