Wrong Turn Final Chapter is allegedly set to release in 2025, although it seems like the film doesn’t actually exist.

Hype around Wrong Turn Final Chapter began building after the YouTube channel Foxstar Media shared a reveal trailer back in April 2024. However, a closer look at the YouTube listing reveals that it contains “Altered or synthetic content,” with visuals or audio elements being digitally generated. This would suggest it isn’t actually a film in production, but rather a fan-made trailer looking at what could be for a final entry in the Wrong Turn franchise.

It may come as bad news to fans, but Foxstar Media has found huge success in fan-made trailer like these. A quick glance at their channel also reveals fan-made trailer for the likes of the newly announced Avengers: Doomsday, a Nightmare on Elm Street reboot with Jenna Ortega, and Black Panther 3 starring Will Smith. Only one of those movies actually exists, so envisioning these what-if movies seems to be Foxstar Media’s penchant.

As such, we wouldn’t recommend getting your hopes up for Wrong Turn Final Chapter any time soon. The most recent movie in the series released back in 2021, which we called “a very pleasant surprise,” that takes a franchise that had run itself into the ground […] and does something much more layered and unique.” Perhaps we’ll see a follow-up soon on the back of that success, but as of now Final Chapter won’t be the film to do it.
