For the first time ever, the most recent season of Chucky hasn’t released in one solid batch. Instead, the latest entry in Don Mancini’s series has been split into two. Let’s take a look at the Chucky Season 3 Part 2 release date.

When is the Chucky Season 3 Part 2 Release Date?

Chucky Season 3 Part 2 will release in May 2024. SYFY has still yet to confirm this, however.

That means there’s likely at least a six-month wait between the fourth and fifth episodes of the horror show’s third season. Rather than a purposeful move to amplify excitement, like you see with Stranger Things, the reasoning for Chucky is very different.

Instead, filming on the new season was underway when the SAG-AFTRA strike of July 2023 landed. As expected, production immediately ceased until a resolution came to the fore. Enough was already in the can to produce the first four episodes in full, which released across October 2023.

Filming on the last four episodes of the season then resumed in November, wrapping up just before Christmas. That means post-production is now underway for a reported May 2024 release, as per some unverified rumours online. We’re still waiting on confirmation from SYFY, and will update this guide as soon as new details land. Of course, there’s always the possibility this date could be pushed back, so hold tight.
